I am 58 years of age and at 46 I attended a doctor’s appointment and it was recommended I was put on anti-depressants and required a regular appointment with a psychologist. It was a path I didn’t want to travel. I had noticed Steve’s personal training studio each day so without any hesitation I chose to take on a healthy life program with Steve and we’ve been working on strength, growth and change for 12 years now. Steve’s training is far more than body shaping and all that we have grown to expect from a gym. As Steve continually expands his personal skills and knowledge, I benefit.
He has helped me through many of life’s hurdles and I look forward to each week of training, never knowing what will unfold next. I have maintained a great level of fitness and strength, for my age. We work on many different ways to stay strong and focused; Diaphragm breathing, core stability and posture and functional movement being the main things we practice.
